Gold’s Gym - Stoughton, MA

This new 45,000 s. f. facility in Stoughton will feature an indoor running track on the second floor adjacent to a Kids Only & Women’s Only Gym with rooms for Aerobic, Spinning, & Yoga. The first floor area will have accommodations for a Basketball Court and Racquet Ball Court on one side, and an Indoor Olympic size swimming pool with a splash pool on the other side of the main gym. The main gym will contain locker rooms for men, women, as well as a family locker room.In addition to the primary gym equipment, Gold’s Gym in Stoughton will also feature areas for stretching, training, massage therapy, physical therapy, as well as a café area for refueling.

Briarcliffe Gardens - Johnston, RI

This new 43 bed facility will serve Alzheimer and Dementia Residents. The 19,550 s.f. single story institutional building, which includes a Diner and hair Salon in addition to the many specific Clinical Amenities.

Machado & Silvetti Associates - Boston, MA

This project consisted of the 6,000 square-foot interior build-out and renovation to the corporate headquarters of a Boston architecture and urban design firm of Machado & Silvetti Associates. Acella Construction worked in conjunction with Machado & Silvetti, who acted as the project's architectural design team.

Berrybrook School - Duxbury, MA

New construction of 6700 sf. Wood frame Preschool consisting of 3 classrooms, multifunction room and administrative offices with a partial basement. The new school replaces the existing building originally opened in the 50's. The existing school house was built in the late 1700's and was a residence later converted to a school house. The classrooms are larger and better able to support the many different activities commonly available to the children. Project was completed in June 2008.

Multiple Tenant Fit Outs for Carpionato Properties - Westerly, RI

Located in the expanding Westerly Crossing Shopping Center, Sleepy's and Coldstone Creamery were new tenant vanilla box fit outs with Sleepy's including the extension of underground utilities for future tenants. Both projects were completed in January 2009.

Northeastern University, 7 Labs - Boston, MA

The Nanoscale Characterization Lab (Engineering) and Heterogeneous Materials & Multiscale Mechanics Lab (Engineering) in Forsyth Hall are two of the most complex and recently completed projects located at Northeastern University’s Main Campus in Boston. These renovations consisted of completely demolishing 2 existing laboratory spaces on the second floor and refinishing the spaces with an extensive upgrade to the building’s mechanical system to support the new laboratory equipment.

Other recently completed Laboratory Renovation projects at Northeastern University include the Soils & Concrete Lab in the basement of the Snell Engineering Building, the Protein Dynamics Lab (Biology Chemistry) on the 4th floor of Mugar Hall, the Electrochemistry Lab in the basement of Mugar Hall (pictured here), the Protein Science Lab (Chemistry) and the Fuel Cell Research Lab on the 4th Floor of Hurtig Hall.  The Labs were completed in October 2008.
