North Attleboro Market Place – N. Attleboro, MA
Architect: Robinson Green Beretta Corporation

This 22,000 s/f structural steel frame retail building added two tenants to the already successful North Attleboro Marketplace. After reducing the construction schedule at the start of the project, Acella’s completion date was made hard and fast once tied into the tenant leases for turnover. As with many of the current worksites, a vast number of existing utilities needed to be relocated in a site already too restricted for the building. Exterior finishes consisted of decorative split‐face block and E.I.F.S façade.

Herb Chambers Westborough Ford — Westborough, MA
Architect: Regent Associates

The Herb Chamber’s Westborough Ford project consisted of complete façade renovation on the entire exterior of the building.  The new building skin consists of corrugated metal panels juxtaposed atop split face block.  Underpinning was used to shore up the existing foundation which made it possible to install new 20’ x 13’ x 8’ concrete footings.  Steel columns were then set on the new footings to support the curved steel truss, which spans the entire width of the building.  The sleek, curved exterior showcases the new image Herb Chamber’s Ford is striving to present in all of it’s showrooms.

Work’ N Gear, Hanover Mall – Hanover, MA
Architect:  Design Forum Architects – Dayton, OH

Work ‘N Gear was a 3,000 square foot tenant fit out renovation at the Hanover Mall.  Painting the ceiling and duct work was necessary because of the architect’s desire to keep the industrial look of an open ceiling.  Intricate paint schemes were used to highlight and define specific areas of the store.  Ten foot tall curved “silos” were created out of drywall and painted a bright fluorescent green.  These were used to showcase some of Work ‘N Gear’s oversized graphics.  Custom red glass lamps accent the cash/wrap area.
