Bentley University Stratton Dormitory Renovation

Acella Construction completed the Bentley University Stratton House Dormitory renovation over an aggressive four week schedule to accommodate the start of the fall semester.  The project included a complete demolition and rebuild of all of the bathrooms and kitchen.  Due to the deteriorated condition of the existing structure a significant amount of structural repairs were found to be required and completed without extending the completion date.  Many of the finishes were upgraded to meet the LEED standards of fixture water-flow, locally purchased and sustainable materials and interior air quality.
