Northeastern University Vespignani/Lazar Computational Space Lab

Northeastern University retained Acella Construction to renovate this office space, which was located directly above labs that specialize in lie detection studies.  An acoustic mat/gyp-crete floor was installed through to eliminate all noise which could be picked up by ultra-sensitive lab equipment located throughout the building.  

The scope of the work included extensive MEP work, new finishes throughout the offices, and adding additional conference space.  All work was performed at night so as not to displace the students and administration.
