Elementary & Secondary School

Latham Centers Dormitory - Brewster, MA

Acella Construction was selected to build this new wood frame dormitory, which includes an elevator, full basement and office space for business use on the second floor.  This project was broken into two phases to accommodate owners’ funding requirements.

Latham is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is an approved residential, private needs school for the treatment of adults and children with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
