Riverview School Dormitory

This project was part of Riverview School’s master plan to upgrade the campus.  Project details included the construction of a new 16,000 square foot dormitory to accommodate 36 students and full service, handicap accessible housing. After completion of the new building,  the final phase of this master plan required the demolition of the Horton House Dormitory, where Acella built an underground water management system, as well as the parking lot for the new building.
