PROJECT SUMMARY
2010

Acella Construction managed several laboratory renovations for Thayer Academy during the summer of 2010, in addition to managing capital improvements throughout the campus. All projects were started on the first day of summer and were done on an aggressive schedule in order to finish prior to the fall semester starting.

2009

Work included lab renovations in Glover Hall, several classroom renovations, and a new computer lab for students.  The work was completed on an aggressive summer schedule.

2008

Acella Construction managed several projects for Thayer Academy during the summer of 2008, including renovations to a Computer Lab and art room, as well as adding a new wing between 2 existing buildings.  The projects also included upgrades to the MEP system.

2007

Acella Construction maximized the small window  of opportunity over the summer months to do multiple projects on the Thayer Academy campus.  This work included upgrades to the Dining Hall,  demolition and renovation of the Administrative Offices in the Middle School, and replacing all windows and associated interior work at Glover Hall.  In addition to the cosmetic upgrades at Glover Hall, new mechanical systems were also installed.
