Hyannis Yacht Club - Hyannis, MA

Acella Construction was selected to manage the Pre-Construction and Construction Management for a new addition and renovation project to the Hyannis Yacht Club, which was established in 1938.  This project was a complete gut renovation of the lower level of an existing facility while the main restaurant level remained fully operational.  The total renovated area was 8,200 sf, including an addition of 1,900 sf.
