Acella Construction was selected to manage the renovations for our client, a high-end financial services firms located at 1 Technology Drive in Westborough.  The building is owned by Conroy Development.  The 8,000 sf renovation, which included a full demolition of the existing space and new MEP's, was completed on an aggressive schedule in order to maintain our clients time-sensitive operations.
