North Attleboro Marketplace

PROJECT SUMMARY

This 22,000 s/f structural steel frame retail building added two tenants to the already successful North Attleboro Marketplace. After reducing the construction schedule at the start of the project, Acella’s completion date was made hard and fast once tied into the tenant leases for turnover. As with many of the current worksites, a number of existing utilities needed to be relocated in a site already too restricted for the building. Exterior finishes consisted of decorative split‐face block and EIFS facade.
