Wal-Mart-Swansea, MA

This fast-track project was a 112,000 sf renovation for the Wal-Mart located at the Swansea Mall.  The project scope included new flooring, fixtures, restrooms, interior and exterior signage, as well as renovations to the associate break rooms and office space.  All work for this live renovation was performed during off hours in order to allow Wal-Mart to remain open.
