Acella maximizes customer experiences with specialty, convenience and efficiency for restaurants and retail centers.
New shopper and diner generations like Millennials are reshaping the restaurant and retail industry. Restaurant designs are catering to customers’ demands for fast, healthy and casual dining. For retailers, the in-store shopping experience must be inspiring, captivating and relevant to the shopper. The goal is to offer a differentiated product in a creative environment, and deliver in the most efficient manner.
Featured below, the Urban Grape, a modern, concierge-style liquor store that strives to take the intimidation out of buying wine by offering highly personalized concierge service in their stores. UG is the first store in the world to utilize Progressive Shelving – a unique system of organizing wines by their body, rather than varietal or region. The project involved installing Enomatic Tasting Machines which dispense free samples of wines that UG thinks best typify the Progressive Shelving in the store.
Acella’s projects for Not Your Average Joe’s Restaurants showcase our expertise in meeting aggressive schedules while building modern and comfortable environments with premium, high-end interior finishes, including mahogany millwork, granite bars and imported tile.
“Please know how much we really appreciate you and your team’s efforts over the past several months. In particular, it was a pleasure to collaborate with Saul and Pete. They are both pros and clearly care deeply about their work.”
