Management

Dave Dirubbo
President

As President, Dave Dirubbo oversees overall company operations, including Project Management and Estimating. His willingness to listen to clients concerns and act accordingly, has led to Acella’s continued growth through numerous repeat clients. An active participant in charitable events and social causes, Dave is involved with charitable causes throughout the South Shore, including volunteer efforts with the South Shore YMCA and Visiting Nurse Association.  He sponsors and participates in many community outreach initiatives involving local and national foundations including the YMCA, South Shore Hospital, and Rodman Ride for Kids just to name a few. Prior to founding Acella Construction, Dave spent ten years in leadership roles with two of Bostons largest General Contractors.

Anthony Dirubbo, LEED AP
Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Anthony Dirubbo is responsible for the day to day management of each project Acella manages, including field operations and Safety.  Anthony brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience and is able to identify and solve potential problems prior to them impacting the project.  His expertise and knowledge provides owners, clients and the balance of the team reassurance that they are in good hands.

Louie Bryant
Chief Estimator

Louie Bryant is responsible for Acella Constructions Estimating and Preconstruction services.  Louie brings over 30 years of experience to the Acella Construction team.  His ability to provide realistic budgets from napkins to blueprints is an asset to owners and architects in an effort to maintain budgets.  Louie will also identify any cost savings opportunities early in the development of drawings, providing the owner with the most value for their dollar.  In addition to estimating, Louie develops and maintains relationships with qualified subcontractors that exemplify the culture of Acella Construction.

Randy DiBartola
Director of Business Development

Randy DiBartola manages Acella Constructions new business activities and client relationships, as well as Acella’s community involvement initiatives,  implementing comprehensive communication strategies, supporting the firm’s social media presence, all public relations materials and directing proposal strategy.  Randy is an active participant in charitable causes, and has leveraged his relationships to positively impact the local community. He currently sits on the South Shore Economic Development Committee and is an active participant in the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
