Milton Hoosic Club

Acella Construction managed new construction:

The roughly $2.9 million project required complete gutting and renovation of the existing 5,761 square-foot clubhouse and a 5,957 square-foot addition for a total of more than 11,700 square-feet.

New construction included a dining area that can be split into two separate portions via a folding partisan, a bar and lounge area and a modified kitchen to allow for increased functions. The project also included expansion of both the women’s and men’s locker rooms, a new Pro Shop, handicap access through a new chair lift and a 1,400 square-foot deck with a gas-fired fireplace. The new deck contains a drainage system to allow its use during inclement weather conditions.
