Wellfleet Preservation Hall

Acella Construction managed preconstruction and interior renovation:

Conversion of historic former Catholic Church into year-round cultural center, working closely with an architect and building committee. The project includes a 2,200-square-foot addition, featuring a fully accessible reception lobby. The tile installation for the lobby has been skillfully executed by local tradesmen. The cultural center also boasts a commercial kitchen, an elevator, and six restrooms. The original charm of the church has been carefully preserved and restored, including the metal ceilings, wood balcony, and leaded glass windows. The stage has been refurbished and given new sound and lighting equipment. The hammered glass windows have been painstakingly restored, allowing for a beautiful and welcoming ambiance with ample natural light.
